Over the years I have utilised the services of several fitness trainers but the training programme and advice I received from Conor in the weeks building up to the Wellington half-marathon proved to be instrumental in achieving results I never before thought possible.
Prior to this I had always viewed myself as more of a swimmer so it was a fantastic experience to engage in a running programme which produced results and produced them fast. It meant too that I started my first long race actually feeling excited and finished it feeling energised and thrilled with my achievement.

STS Running Programmes can make you Faster at Running any Distance!
Running technique drills will make you more efficient while the running workouts will teach you to run at your optimal training speeds, based on your personal fitness level.
Run Training sessions come with GPS and Heart Rate Monitoring to keep you in your training zones for optimal results

When you're ready we'll find out your current fitness level and use it to determine how fast you run in training.

STS Running Workouts
Your programme will provide workouts with exact speeds and paces to run depending on your fitness level.
All you need is a basic stopwatch and running track or flat footpath to run at the speeds prescribed in your programme!!
If you have a gps training tool such as the Garmin Forerunner then you'll be able to run at the exact speeds from your programme, wherever you go.
iphones can download gps running software such as Runkeeper allowing you to see how fast you're running as you go for free!!
