Conor devised a programme to rebuild me – not to what I was before, but better.   Many distance swim coaches frown on gym work. 

But since training with Conor I have done nothing but get faster.  An example of this is in the recent New Zealand 10km Open Water Swim Champs. 

I won -  against a much younger field.  I am not a surf swimmer but yet I still managed to pull away from the field within the first km in huge seas simply because of the strength I have gained in the gym.

Gym Training
If it's gym training you're into we'll assess any postural issues then find out your strength levels which will be used to formulate the intensities of your gym programme.

We'll do our gym sessions at PhysiqueStudio in Karori which is perfect for running you through the techniques you'll need to know.

Running
For running workouts we'll meet at either Anderson Park for technique work or outside Freyburg Pool for one of the various running sessions we offer.

Team Sports
If you play a team sport such as football, netball, rugby, cricket or hockey then you'll be suprised at what we can offer you to get the edge over your teammates and opponents. Whether you need speed, strength, endurance or match specific fitness we have the programme for you.

GPS and Heart Rate Monitoring

GPS tracking and heart rate monitoring are available for all coaching sessions meaning you'll be able to see how your system responded to the intensities of each set of training.
