Conor Graham

Team and Individual Fitness Coach

Having started Sports Training Systems (STS) at the ripe old age of 19 in July 2001 Conor is now considered an experienced fitness training consultant.

He first studied Exercise Science in Wellington and has kept business here ever since. Conor has gained various qualifications and attended upskilling seminars and workshops throughout New Zealand and Australia with astounding results.
 
A former Assistance Strength Trainer  for the Wellington Phoenix Football Club, Conditioner for the Wellington Rugby Referees Association and responsible for many amateur & executive athletes’ fitness programmes.

Conor designs programmes based on the latest sports science methods and have been fine tuned to get the best out of everyone he works with. Online applications, developed with the help of database and web development specialists,  enable Conor to create programmes more intelligent than are currently available anywhere.

Georgina Graham

Nutritional Therapist

Georgina graduated from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London, founded by Patrick Holford in 2006. She became a director of STS Fitness and Nutrition in 2008. 
 
She helps sufferers of a large number of health and sports performance problems through making effective diet & supplement recommendations. She always strives to help her clients achieve a higher wellbeing and maintains a bustling practice with the majority of new clients coming through positive word of mouth. 


Having recently returned from maternity leave she had the opportunity to experience and put to practice her knowledge of pregnancy and early infant nutrition. The result of which is our wonderfully happy and healthy boy, Tyler.

George is herself, getting back into triathlon now and has a passion for helping people achieve their sporting goals.
