Hi, we are Georgina & Conor Graham and together we own and operate STS Fitness and Nutrition.
We have been running STS Fitness & Nutrition together since 2008, helping people in Wellington and around the world achieve a healthier wellbeing and a higher level of performance.
Conor Graham: Team and Individual Fitness Coach
Having started Sports Training Systems (STS) at the ripe old age of 19 in July 2001 Conor is now considered an experienced fitness training consultant
He first studied Exercise Science in Wellington and has kept business here ever since. Conor has gained various qualifications and attended upskilling seminars and workshops throughout New Zealand and Australia with astounding results. A former Assistance Strength Trainer for the Wellington Phoenix Football Club, Conditioner for the Wellington Rugby Referees Association and responsible for many amateur & executive athletes’ fitness programmes.
The programmes Conor writes are based on the latest sports science methods and have been fine tuned to get the best out of everyone he works with.
Software, developed with the help of database specialists, now play a large roll in producing the programmes, which Conor implements with clients and provides for other trainers to use with STS Clients.
Georgina Marshall: Nutritional Therapist
Georgina graduated from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London, founded by Patrick Holford in 2006. She became director of STS Nutrition in 2008. She helps sufferers of a large number of health problems through making effective diet & supplement recommendations, and always strives to help her clients achieve a higher wellbeing.
She is also a triathlete and has a passion for helping people achieve their sporting goals.
